Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition Manager position should meet the following requirements:

  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
  • Understanding of various selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficiency in the use of social media and job boards for sourcing and attracting candidates.
  • Willingness to gain a comprehensive understanding of the duties and competencies associated with different roles.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and strategic thinking.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
